I decided it was time to stop bothering my friends who had 3d printers, and buy one of my own. Very happy with my decision! I bought a Bambu Lab A1 Mini. I've never used a 3d printer before, and settting it up and using it was a breeze. Very affordable too, considering how much puzzles can cost. I've enjoyed printing puzzles I've found online and have started designing my own using BurrTools and Puzzlecad. I think the size is good for puzzles - rarely have I needed to break something up into multiple plates. I decided to save money and space by not getting the AMS that allows you to print multiple colors automatically. I haven't found that to be an issue, and if I really want to print in multiple colors then I can do that manually. Below are some of the puzzles I have printed so far.
